Vice President / EU Commissioner Andrus Ansip posted a blog about innovation procurement (to a large extent about the benefits of PCP in fact)

Vice President / EU Commissioner Andrus Ansip posted a blog entitled: “Innovation and competitiveness: public procurement as the way forward?”.

Focus of the discussion is the importance to reinforce the use of procurement at the European level, considering the large use done in other countries such as US and Japan.

Vice President Ansip said: “For me, this is a missed opportunity to stimulate innovation using procurement - especially at a time of general budget constraints. But I am pleased to say that the situation is now improving” and quoting the complete list of the active PCP projects (https://ec.europa.eu/digital-single-market/en/eu-funded-projects), including also NYMPHA-MD.
